Ingredients

1 Head LETTUCE-ROMAINE
1 Each TOMATOES
1 Cup OLIVES- BLACK
1 Each ONION-RED
0.5 Cup CHEESE -FETA
0.5 Cup OIL- OLIVE
1.5 Tablespoon LEMON JUICE
1 Clove GARLIC
0.5 Teaspoon OREGANO

Directions


- Cut lettuce into bite size pieces
- Chunk Tomato
- Cut red onion into thin rings
- Chunk Feta Cheese


Toss and then make dressing:


- In a jar with al id, shake the oil, lemon juice, garlic and oregano. Pour over salad. When well mixed layer top with freshly ground black pepper and serve.
