
| 2 Clove | GARLIC |
| 2.25 Cup | WATER -SPRING |
| 1 Pinch | PEPPER - FRESH GROUND |
| 1 Pinch | SALT |
| 1 Each | ONIONS-COOKING |
| 1.5 Cup | MUSHROOMS |
| 3 Tablespoon | TAMARI SOY SAUCE |
| 5 Teaspoon | CORNSTARCH |
- In medium saucepan, heat water, add chopped onion and garlic and cook, stirring often, until onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add chopped mushrooms and cook, stirring often, until they begin to release their juices.
- Add water, tamari and 5 tsp cornstarch which has been dissolved in water.
- Stir continuously and simmer until thickened slightly, about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
